The Exhaust Warehouse (TEW) is a re-seller of mufflers, catalytic converters,
oxygen sensors, as well as complete automotive exhaust systems and accessories.
Their existing websites contained some information about products
available, but were not e-commerce enabled, and required functional and
visual redesign. The new sites developed by AttackGoose feature a complete
database-driven parts catalog, with an easy-to-use "pulldown" menu interface
allowing customers to quickly find the parts they need for their particular automobile.
A central database allows TEW staff to edit all product details and prices
from a secure admin portion of the website.
In addition, extensive "preferred customer" or "B-to-B" login services and support for customer incentive programs (e.g. promo coupons) are also an important part of the features planned.

resorts in Hawaii, and let's people order the IslandYoga videos online.
The shopping cart is complete with shipping info, credit-card processing, and order confirmation. The merchant can login to a password-protected admin area to see the incoming database of video orders, and print mailing labels for each order.

For yet another example of a product catalog and integrated shopping cart, check out the www.eldergift.com website, which sells premium gifts to the adult children of older parents and friends who live with chronic limitations and life challenges.
Note the "mouse-over" alternate views in the catalog of each product, and the simple yet effective shopping-cart design, which shows the shopper their purchase total and lets them quickly make changes to their order. |
